Dam: TB mare by Twilight Agenda
The morning she was born, I went out into the pasture
to check on her. She was sleeping like an angel with a giant hawk
feather by her face. So I called her Lady Hawk. She was
imprinted as a foal, is not afraid of hardly anything, very curious and good
natured. Her dam is a TB, sired by Twilight Agenda. Her dam
raced at Retama Race Park in Texas, and bowed a shin before she could get
her career off. She did run a bullet work on the track one morning
(fastest time of the day). Her grandsire Twilight Agenda had a career
earnings of $2,174,529.00. Lady Hawk's sire is Blue Dot Cracker (QH).
She was started as a 3-year-old by
Chris Ruthven. He rode her for 5 months, then she was sent to Meg
Ellis for fine tuning. She is very athletic and willing.
